SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges are calculated prior to you being charged. Smaller packages are calculated automatically via UPS / Canada Post, while larger pallet-size packages (ie. large appliances) are provided on an LTL or LCL basis.
Canadian and Ontario taxes are billed unless otherwise exempt. Outside Ontario no provincial taxes are calculated. Taxes may be exempt for goods shipped to a shipping company with our prior knowledge.
Foreign customs charges, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Sona Distributors Inc. / 220v.com Inc. retains title of goods until paid for.
